The way the Hero Section heading interaction works is that one text is on top of another text. So in this case the Hero Heading Outline is on top of the Hero Heading. So to change the text you first have to hide the Hero heading, then change the Hero Heading Outline text to whatever you want. Then hide the Hero heading outline and enable visibility on the Hero heading text and change it to the exact text as the Hero heading outline. Then enable visibility on both text so that there both visible. You can hide the Hero image while editing the text so that you can clearly see what you’re editing then make it visible again when you’re done.
To edit the menu text make sure the Menu Wrapper is no longer hidden and is set to relative or static, flexbox vertical. then change the Menu Link Block height to 200px. You will be able to see both the normal text and the outline text. You have to make sure both texts are the same words. After changing the text you can set the Menu Link Block height back to 100px and change the Menu Wrapper back to Fixed Full and hide the element
